Ankaase Residential Development — Eastern Region
Sisal Engineering and Construction is providing comprehensive engineering and construction management services for a major residential development at Ankaase in the Eastern Region — comprising two residential buildings alongside substantial civil infrastructure. The project demonstrates our expertise in structural engineering, drainage engineering, infrastructure development and site supervision.
Scope of services
- Structural design of the residential buildings
- A 50 m × 5 m reinforced concrete retaining wall, plus three additional retaining walls to stabilise the site
- Approximately 1.2 km of internal access roads
- An open stormwater drainage channel along the Accra–Kumasi Highway frontage
- Plumbing, water-supply and water-purification system design
- Construction management and site supervision
