Recognizing that many of Ghana’s infrastructure challenges require innovative approaches, Sisal has also invested in research and the development of practical engineering solutions — including improved drainage and sanitation systems designed to address the shortcomings of conventional wastewater management while supporting environmental sustainability.

Meet the team
Engr. Abdul Fatau Moro
Engr. Abdul Fatau Moro is an IET Ghana-certified civil engineering professional with practical experience in structural design, construction supervision, project management, building construction, drainage and wastewater-management systems, retaining structures and other civil engineering works.
As Founder and Managing Director of Sisal Engineering and Construction, he provides the firm’s strategic and technical leadership — overseeing engineering design, project execution, quality assurance, innovation, product development, professional training and strategic partnerships.
His approach prioritizes safety, structural integrity, durability, constructability and the long-term performance of every project.
Michael Cudjoe
Michael Cudjoe oversees the financial and administrative operations of Sisal Engineering and Construction — budgeting, financial planning, accounts management, cash-flow monitoring, internal controls, administrative coordination and regulatory compliance.
He also supports procurement administration, resource planning, record-keeping and management reporting, helping ensure the firm’s resources are properly managed and aligned with its operational and strategic objectives.
Stanley Denkyi
Stanley Denkyi leads the business development, marketing and corporate communications activities of Sisal Engineering and Construction — client engagement, business-opportunity identification, partnership development, proposal coordination, brand management, digital media and public relations.
He also coordinates promotional and public-education campaigns for the firm’s engineering services, professional training programmes and innovative sanitation systems, connecting the firm with clients, institutions, investors and the wider public.
Abubakar Abdussalam
Abubakar Abdussalam leads the preparation and coordination of architectural drawings for Sisal Engineering and Construction. He also supports construction project management and conducts site visits to assist with the supervision and coordination of project activities.
For quantity-surveying assignments he works closely with the firm’s project-based Quantity Surveyor. Following completion of the Bill of Quantities, he coordinates project cost control and contract administration — monitoring expenditure against the approved budget and keeping the works aligned with the agreed scope, cost and contractual requirements.

Sisal Engineering and Construction operates with a flexible project-delivery structure. In addition to its core management team, the firm engages experienced professionals, site supervisors, technicians, equipment operators, skilled artisans and specialist subcontractors according to the requirements of each project.
Each project team is selected based on the size, complexity and technical demands of the assignment. All project-based personnel work under the coordination and supervision of the firm’s management, and comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality-control procedures, project schedules, and health and safety requirements.
